Many companies already use the SAP Launchpad (formerly FIORI Launchpad) for the provision of HR processes from the areas of absence/leave, time management, salary or personal HR services. Until now, the accompanying HR communication for process-oriented changes or innovations has run separately in secondary systems. As a result, end users have to switch unnecessarily between different systems and messages/information are not a direct part of the HR applications or Launchpad. This also results in unnecessary editorial complexity for the HR department.

In the presentation, we demonstrated how a process-oriented HR Launchpad can very easily be extended by an integrated communication and information tool on the basis of standard software.
