News & Content Management
iNFOHUB is software that can be used to create, edit, and publish news and content. Content can either be created and maintained manually by editors or automatically transferred from connected systems.
The software uses intelligent interfaces to “tap into” business-relevant information sources and application systems and generate news fully automatically! With this system, you not only gain a fast and official communication channel for company management and departments to reach employees, but also a highly innovative tool for corporate management within the company!
Pre-designed templates, such as urgent messages, system availability notices, process information, vacation entitlement expiry, etc., make it easy to quickly create standardized content.
The preconfigured templates can be flexibly adapted to individual requirements. In addition, you can use our form editor to design your own objects and put them to use quickly!
Manage multilingual content and support translation with integrated help functions. This ensures that all content remains consistent and globally usable.
Intelligent support for text creation, optimization, and formatting. The assistant provides suggestions for content and improves efficiency in the editorial process.
Central storage and organization of all media files such as images, videos, or documents. Enables quick retrieval, integration, and management of assets.
Content can be tagged with keywords to make it easier to categorize. This makes it easier to search for, structure, and reuse information.
Older content is archived in an audit-proof manner and remains accessible at any time if required. This ensures that the flow of information remains organized and transparent.
Deleted content is initially moved to the recycle bin and can be restored if necessary. This provides additional security and prevents accidental data loss.
Editorial workflow
The iNFOHUB has a very useful version management feature: in the working version, you can edit your message directly at any time by clicking on the button with the pencil icon. Only after the message has been successfully approved will the working version be published as a new live version!
Content can be edited in a secure working version without affecting the published live version. This keeps the publication status stable until changes are specifically approved.
Clear, structured processes for reviewing and approving content prior to publication. Role-based permissions ensure transparency and quality assurance throughout the entire workflow.
Content that has already been published can be quickly and easily withdrawn. This allows for maximum flexibility and prevents outdated or incorrect information from remaining online.
Content can be tagged with individual keywords for targeted categorization. This supports efficient organization, faster research, and seamless workflows within the editorial department.

The iNFOHUB offers the following optional functions for editors, among others:
Content can be scheduled in advance and published automatically at a specified time. This allows communication strategies to be planned and implemented optimally.
Messages can be distributed to specific target groups or user segments. This ensures that every piece of information reaches exactly the right recipients.
Content can be published simultaneously across various channels such as intranet, apps, or email. This ensures consistent and efficient dissemination of information.
Content can be customized to suit individual user interests and needs. This ensures that each employee or target group receives only the information that is relevant to them.
Important information can be communicated automatically via email or push notification. This ensures that no relevant updates are overlooked.
Read receipts allow you to track who has opened or read a message. This creates transparency and makes internal communication measurable.
Document & Media Storage
The VANTAiO iNFOHUB has integrated comprehensive media and document storage, allowing you to upload images and documents and create as many image variants as you like. Either pragmatically as an individual or structured and with permissions within a team!
With iNFOHUB, you can upload and manage all relevant file formats for creating messages:
Depending on the output format, one of two image formats is displayed. Most devices display the 16:9 format. On a TV display, the image is shown in 1:1 format. The uploaded images are automatically cropped when creating the message and can be adjusted as desired.
Structuring files into folders and subfolders provides a clear overview of all files. In addition, you can set permissions to determine which employees have access to which folders or subfolders.
For each file, there is an overview of where the element has already been “used.” This provides you with a record of use and helps you avoid duplicate storage of images and documents.
Compatible SAP & Microsoft products
The implementation of a modern information system is determined not only by content-related factors, but also by the respective technological specifications. To ensure that you can act flexibly in this area as well, VANTAiO iNFOHUB® can be used in all common SAP interface technologies. The range of functions and possibilities naturally depend on the technology selected – we would be happy to advise you on the integration options for the various SAP solutions and their interaction with the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).
The iNFOHUB is compatible with the systems listed below “out-of-the-box.” In addition, the VANTAiO iNFOHUB can generally be used in any other system (SAP and non-SAP) on a project basis. For this purpose, we provide an API as part of the product license that developers can use to implement their own UI integrations and display iNFOHUB content, objects, and information in other systems.
