The DSAG Annual Congress 2019 will take place from 17 to 19 September at the Nuremberg Exhibition Centre – under the motto "And action! Realize digitization consistently".
Under this motto, the event is intended to encourage companies to see digital transformation as an opportunity and to face up to its challenges. As the DSAG Investment Report 2019 shows, many SAP users are sobered when it comes to digitization. As digital progress increases, the need for comprehensive transformation grows. Digitization requires not only a rethinking of the approach to projects, teamwork, competence building, and the use of technology, but above all stamina. Even if success may not come immediately.
That is why it is important to be courageous and also to establish a suitable error culture: "We want to motivate and give examples so that members think about their business models and shape them. S/4HANA, ERP, the Cloud and Co. are only part of the transformation process that must be tackled consistently", says DSAG CEO Marco Lenck. In this context, DSAG expects pragmatic and target-oriented support from SAP for its customers: Namely, simple, quickly deployable and affordable solutions that create scope for innovation and consistent further development.
