Behind us are two packed days around the future topics of transformation, people and innovation at COPETRI CONVENTION 2022.

We are still very excited about the COPETRI Convention, the REALLY coolest HR event in 2022! Great concept and an inspiring mix of know-how transfer, workshops and networking in an extraordinary location, the over 100 year old industrial building "Fredenhagen". The quote from the website fredenhagen.de sums up the atmosphere: "If you close your eyes, it's still hissing and hammering. It is loud. Sweat on the forehead. Successful industrial history cannot be written without it. In Fredenhagen it is still in the air - almost within reach." A perfect place for this trade fair, which offers a lot of space for creative people - just right for shaping the working worlds of the future.

Among others, with personalities such as Cawa Younosi, Sascha Lobo or Astrid Schulte, interesting keynotes, deep dives and panel discussions, as well as delicious drinks & food, great live music by the Urban Club Band in the Copetri Night and of course with many inspiring conversations with customers and partners. For VANTAiO, the focus was on communication in two respects: on the one hand, our analogue door tags were probably the most useful giveaways at the fair in times of home offices. On the other hand, our communication software, the VANTAiO News Manager and the TV display, are probably the best addition to any digital workplace in the SAP environment.
