On the occasion of their 10th anniversary, the Crestcom Management Schools D/A/CH invited to an interactive training event with top-class speakers on November 8th. The special highlight of the evening was the presentation of the Crestcom Management Award 2018 for an excellent management culture – one of the proud winners is VANTAiO.
"What the left foot of Lionel Messis has to do with management culture." Guests should learn this and much more at the interactive Crestcom training event. More than 200 participants gathered in the extraordinary ambience of the old freight yard in Bad Homburg. First-class speakers presented the top current topics for companies and executives.
The guests of Ex Fifa and Bundesliga referee Knut Kircher learned in a not only interesting, but also entertaining lecture, what companies and executives can learn in this day and age of the "19th Team" of the Bundesliga when it comes to making decisions.
Prof. Dr. Leif Erik Wollenweber, Crestcom strategy and innovation expert, talked about how companies today have to adapt to the profound and disruptive market changes.
Tammy Berberick, CEO of Crestcom International, took up the football analogy and talked about Lionel Messi's left foot. For years, coaches have been trying to force Messi to use his right foot as well, keeping his left a weakness. Until finally they gave up and he was allowed to shoot with left. The rest is history – and therefore also clear, what that has to do with management culture.
The highlight of the event was the presentation of the Crestcom Management Award 2018 for an excellent management culture. Tammy Berberick, Joachim Schulz, Head of Crestcom Management Schools D/A/CH, and Jörg Hasenclever, Head of Crestcom Management School South Hesse, handed over the Crestcom Management Award 2018 for excellent management culture in the silver category to VANTAiO as one of the winners. With this Crestcom Management Award, Crestcom Management Schools D/A/CH honors companies that have committed themselves to developing their own management culture.
"Developing and training our people and management is an important key to our business success – and an area in which we continue to invest, and we are delighted that this commitment has been rewarded with the Crestcom Management Award." Stefan Bohlmann, Managing Director VANTAiO.
The highly informative and entertaining training event finally ended with the celebration of the 10th anniversary of the Crestcom Management Schools.
