Vaillant Group Social Intranet on VANTAiO ready-to-run portal basis wins Inkometa Award 2019.

The Inkometa Award's "Intranet & Digital Workplace" category is all about change. A digital workplace makes it possible to work collaboratively, exchange information and use existing interfaces to company applications and is usually a further development of the intranet. The jury therefore focusses on both the strategic concept and the media competence in the submissions. With the "Best in Class" award, the jury also honors the fundamental change in our working environment in the course of digitization.

The Vaillant Group Social Intranet, in use since September 2018 by several thousand employees of the Vaillant Group, earned this award primarily through the combination of different technology worlds. In addition to the new portal framework, a revised information architecture and a personalised start page, the focus is on sophisticated collaboration integration. Salesforce, Atlassian Confluence and Skype are connected via API.
