At VANTAiO and T.CON, the slogan "I laaf HR" was all about the new joint HR portal solution for SAP, which covers and covers the needs of the HR department even more comprehensively than ever before.

Independent of each other, VANTAiO and T.CON, both established SAP partners, had already identified the needs of the market at an early stage and developed preconfigured, immediately usable HR portal offerings. The two solutions complement each other perfectly and can be used individually or in combination:

Both solutions are based on modern UI technologies and consistently address the needs of the three target groups: managers, HR and employees. Through their responsive approach they are usable on different devices, even on the go, e.g. via smartphone.

As part of the accompanying lecture program, Björn Adam outlined how an HR portal can also profitably be used as a mobile employee app: "HR in the paradigm shift - the employee app as a democratization tool?"

The offer of VANTAiO and T.CON met with a very positive response among fair visitors; From day 1, the stand was consistently well attended. And the mood was great - no wonder with so much passion for the topic. In line with the motto, every visitor could then take their personal heart for HR with them.
