From September 19 to 21, 2017, the Cologne fair will be all about "Sustainable corporate culture: the human being at the center" and the field of tension "man and technology" in times of digital change – or as the Cologne would man say "Nothin’ stays the way it was".

The change in the world of work goes far beyond what we know under the heading "Industry 4.0". People and technology play together in new ways, data is collected and used. Freedom is created, new dependencies arise. The model, being in the office from 9 am to 5 pm, is being replaced more and more often - by very different designs. At the heart of a sustainable corporate culture are people and their needs. Individual personnel work, flexible work organization and the consideration of plural value worlds are just a few key words that are important in this context. The aim must be to balance the need of companies for the greatest possible flexibility and the need of employees for more self-determination and individual life-style, but also for security.
