SAP has developed the latest generation of the digital workplace on the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) and calls the product SAP Build Work Zone. With SAP Build Work Zone, SAP brings together what belongs together: processes, content, documents, and state-of-the-art collaboration tools!

Standard Edition
Secure login & single sign-on, access to any number of SAP and non-SAP systems, integration of user-defined applications, option for customization and enhancements, roles & permissions, and user-specific personalization.
Advanced Edition
In addition to the Standard Edition: Integration of unstructured content, such as web content, documents, texts, images, and multimedia elements, as well as interactive workspaces (“Collaboration Rooms” or “Workspaces”) that can be created by the users themselves!
Standard Edition
The Standard Edition is a further development of the previously known SAP Launchpad Service on SAP BTP. With this “entry-level version,” you get the basic functionality of a digital workplace, which in its current form looks like an SAP Fiori Launchpad but already runs entirely on SAP BTP.
The latest available version, SAP Build Work Zone Standard, has a significantly expanded range of functions: An improved menu structure makes it possible to use multiple Launchpad pages, and the so-called UI integration cards in SAP Fiori design are supported. As an administrator, pages can be easily designed and filled using drag & drop (with elements from ready-made business packages or self-developed UI integration cards).
Advanced Edition
The Advanced Edition of SAP Build Work Zone offers additional advanced features beyond the standard edition for content management, web content, interactive and engaging workspaces, an expanded menu structure, and integration with third-party solutions. The Advanced Edition is a comprehensive platform with significantly more functionality and customization options. It offers a modern and practical user interface that enables consistent and efficient work in the context of SAP processes: With the help of SAPUI5 and SAP Fiori designs, as well as new technologies such as document grounding and feed conversations, users can easily interact, collaborate, and exchange information and documents.
